At home, mushrooms are a mandatory ingredient of almost any pizza. I want to share with you my favorite generous filling. If you also think that the more – the better and more satisfying, this recipe is just for you!
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Minced meat - 80 g
- Onion - 40 g
- Mushrooms - 60 g
- Bell pepper - 50 g
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Olives - 1 handful
- Cheese - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, fry everything with minced meat until tender.
Finely chop the remaining ingredients for the filling, grate the cheese.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and flour with herbs. Pour the batter into the pan.
Brush everything with tomato sauce.
Spread the filling randomly on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake the pizza under the lid for about 15 minutes in a frying pan over low heat.
