At first it may seem that custard pancakes are difficult to cook, but in fact there is not even anything to "cook" here. Just pour boiling water into the half-cooked dough and mix well. Pancakes are tender, thin and do not tear at all!
Ingredients
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 400 ml
- Water (boiling water) – 1 glass
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with salt, sugar and beat lightly with a mixer or whisk.
Pour in half the milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.
Add the sifted flour and knead the mass until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and vanilla essence. Stir with a whisk or spoon.
While stirring the dough, pour boiling water in a thin stream. Knead the dough well and set aside for 5 minutes.
Grease a frying pan with oil, pour a little dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the remaining test.
