Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 2 g
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk kefir, sugar, salt, egg and soda with a whisk.
Pour this mixture into the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Give him half an hour to rest under a towel and roll out into a layer.
Cut small baursaks in any convenient way. Deep fry them.
