Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Olives (without a bone) – 50 g
- Milk - half a glass
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Remove for 10-15 minutes to the side.
Chop the olives in a blender, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
In a deep bowl, mix cottage cheese, olives, sourdough, eggs, salt and herbs of Provence.
Add the sifted flour, knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Form small donuts, fry in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
