- Apples - 2 pieces
- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Flour - 220 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, seeds and cut into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the pumpkin and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Add cinnamon, vanilla and flour mixed with baking powder.
Add apples, pumpkin and mix gently.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the dough and smooth it out.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
