Did you know that a great pizza can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in a frying pan? This is a quick and convenient everyday option, and it turns out to taste no worse. And at the same time I offer a variant of my favorite filling with Bulgarian pepper.
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Champignons - 4 pieces
- Sausage - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cheese - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates.
Grate the cheese and randomly chop the other ingredients for the filling.
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and flour until smooth. Pour the batter into the pan.
Lay out the filling, sprinkle everything with grated cheese, cover and cook the pizza for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
