Sift flour into a wide bowl, add yeast, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla.

Pour in the melted butter, beaten eggs, warm milk and knead a soft dough.

Form a round ball, cover with a towel and leave for 50 minutes in a warm place.

Rinse the poppy, pour clean water and boil for 10 minutes.

Drain the water, add warm milk and cook for another 15 minutes.

Drain the milk, add sugar and grind everything with an immersion blender.

Beat egg whites with a mixer to a steep foam.

Roll out the dough into a large rectangular cake.

Lay out the poppy filling, leaving 1 centimeter free on all sides.

Spread the whipped whites evenly on top, roll into a tight roll and seal the edges.

Cut the roll into pieces about 4-5 centimeters long and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Leave the buns in a warm place for 30 minutes, then send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
