Vegetable pancakes are a popular summer dish that surprises with a variety of recipes. Recently I started cooking them with mayonnaise. The dough turns out to be a little greasy, so after roasting they should certainly be spread on a napkin.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 200 g
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 1 glass
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 5 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate zucchini and hard cheese. Finely chop the greens.
Mix eggs with salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Add cheese, zucchini, herbs and flour. Stir until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
