Surprisingly, pancakes turn out to be very soft and delicious from such simple ingredients. I cook from two parts of water and one part of milk. Liquids and eggs must be warm.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 300 g
  • Water (warm) – 2 glasses
  • Milk (warm) – 1 glass
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 2 art.l.
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 tbsp.l.
  • Butter (for frying) – 30 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.

Add water, vegetable oil and soda, slaked with vinegar. Mix everything well.

Add the sifted flour in small portions and knead the mass until smooth.

Pour in the warm milk, adjusting the thickness of the dough.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it up. Pour in half a ladle of dough, evenly distributing it over the entire surface.

Fry the pancake on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
