I love cooking, so I often pamper my family with delicious pastries. Recently I decided to fry delicious donuts. I didn't want to knead the dough on the water, but there was sour milk in the refrigerator. As a result, it turned out even tastier than usual!
Ingredients
- Flour - 3 glasses
- Sour milk (warm) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 400 ml
For glaze:
- Lemon Juice - 50 ml
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix sour milk and soda. The mass should increase in volume.
Sift flour into a wide bowl, add vanilla and plain sugar, mix.
Mix both blanks, add the egg and knead the dough.
Roll out the cake about 3 centimeters thick, squeeze out the donuts with a special cutting.
Fry the blanks in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper napkin.
Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar.
Smear the donuts with the prepared glaze.
