Pumpkin puffs are not the most banal and common solution. But you definitely won't be able to give them up after the first time you try. Spicy fragrant vegetable perfectly decorates autumn and winter days.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Butter - 1 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and lightly fry in butter.
Add sugar and all spices to taste, and fry for another minute.
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and form baskets with sides. Joints and edges can be glued with yolk.
Fill the puffs with filling and smear the top with whipped yolk.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
