It is not necessary to add an egg to the classic okroshka. But it will definitely decorate the dish and make it even more satisfying. And to add even more variety, I suggest using smoked chicken as well.

- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 shtuik
- Radish - 200 g
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 600 ml
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mineral water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut in half or slices.
Separately boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes with the rest of the ingredients. Chop the dill.
Mix everything with sour cream, pour kefir and mineral water and send the okroshka to the refrigerator to infuse for 15 minutes.
