Ingredients
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Butter - 50 g
- Flour - 550 g
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix kefir with hot water. Add yeast, sugar, salt, and mix.
Then add the eggs, and then the melted butter. Mix everything again.
Gradually add the sifted flour to the dough. Knead it with your hands and leave it under the film in the heat for an hour.
Form a bun or buns and put them on parchment. Leave it on for another 20 minutes.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees until toothpick is dry.
