Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Serum (warm) – 180 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla.
Add warm whey, lightly beaten egg, 2 tbsp vegetable oil and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into thick sausages, cut across into pieces 5-7 centimeters thick, form donuts.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan, lay out the donuts and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Put the finished donuts on a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
