Ingredients
- Ricotta - 400 g
- Milk - 200 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (for frying) – 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the ricotta, milk, salt and vanilla sugar.
Separately beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Mix both blanks, add flour, baking powder and mix everything well again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
