Step-by-step cooking recipe
Gelatin pour 100 ml of cold water, mix and leave to swell for 20-40 minutes.
Wash the viburnum bunches under running water, remove the berries from the twigs, place them in a blender bowl. Add 100 ml of water and beat the berries until smooth.
Strain the resulting mass through a double layer of gauze into a cooking container to separate the thick berry juice. So, all the bones should remain in the gauze.
Add sugar and bring the mass to a boil over low heat. Boil for 20 minutes.
Enter the swollen gelatin, mix well and continue to cook the berry jelly for another 5-7 minutes. The gelatin should completely dissolve.
Pour the finished hot jelly into pre-sterilized jars and roll up. Such a blank can be stored in a cool dark place for 1 year.
