Pumpkin jam is delicious in itself, but it can be varied even more. Pumpkin goes well with nuts and dried fruits in any dishes, and this jam is no exception. Try it and you won't regret it! From dried fruits I offer dried apricots.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Finely chop the dried apricots and nuts. Remove the zest from the citrus fruits, and grind the pulp without films with a blender. Rub the ginger.
Bring the pumpkin to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
