Tomatoes with garlic and bell pepper for winter

Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to conservation and harvesting. For example, I prefer to roll tomatoes with garlic and bell pepper. This gives the brine an even more expressive taste, and it turns out much better.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 800 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill - 3-4 umbrella
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 3-4 pieces
- Carnation - 1 tsp.
- Water - 1.5-2 l
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 45 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the bell pepper, divide the garlic into cloves, wash the tomatoes, and put everything in sterile jars.
Add the dill umbrellas and spices, and pour boiling water over everything.
Leave the tomatoes for 10 minutes, drain and boil again.
Pour again, leave for another 10 minutes, and drain again.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar to it, bring to a boil, pour the vegetables again and roll up the jars.
