A great recipe without thickeners and unnecessary additives. Raspberry jam turns out fragrant, moderately thick and very sweet. It should be cooked over low heat, stirring frequently. It is recommended to use a stainless steel pan or a copper basin.

Place raspberries on a sieve and rinse under running water.

Transfer the berries to the prepared container, cover with sugar and put aside for 2-3 hours.

Mash the berries with a pusher to a mushy state.

Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Fill sterilized jars with hot jam, roll them up and wrap them with a thick towel for a day.
