Ingredients
- Apricots - 3 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves, peel the seeds and put them in prepared jars.
Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid. Boil for 4-5 minutes.
Pour sugar syrup into jars with apricots, roll up, turn upside down and wrap with a thick towel.
