A very interesting and quite original winter preparation – jam from mountain ash. Firstly, this is one of the best ways to use this kind of berry. Secondly, it's just delicious and healthy. And how to cook it – I'll tell you further.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Soak the rowan for 10 minutes, rinse and dry.

Boil the syrup from water with sugar and boil it for a couple of minutes.

Pour the syrup over the rowan and leave overnight.

Bring the jam to a boil, boil over low heat for about 20 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
