The best, healthy and dietary way to prepare blueberries for the winter is to roll them into jars in their own juice without sugar. This dessert is incredibly low in calories, and it can be consumed even if you are very strict about proper nutrition. I highly recommend it!
Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Water - 4-6 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the blueberries and arrange them in sterilized jars.
Add some water. Optional - more spices or sweetener.
Put the jars in a saucepan with water, bring to a low boil and sterilize for about 30 minutes.
Sterilize the blueberries while they secrete juice, and add the berries as needed.
Roll up the jars for the winter.
