Seasonal harvesting of mushrooms is no less important than fruits or vegetables. At least at this time mushrooms are much cheaper. And home preservation is always tastier and healthier than store-bought. At a minimum, you can be sure of the exact composition.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 600 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 0.5 tsp.
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and sort the chanterelles, wash them and boil in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes, and then rinse with cold water through a colander.
Boil water with sugar, salt and spices, and at the end add vinegar.
Put chanterelles in the marinade and boil for 15 minutes.
Roll them up in sterile jars.
