Ingredients

  • Mackerel - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • Water - 350 ml
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Coriander - 1 tsp.
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Gut the mackerel, cut into portions and put in a saucepan.

Cover with salt, sugar and all spices.

Pour water with oil, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.

Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and simmer the fish for about 2 hours.

Put it in sterile jars, pour the remaining marinade and roll it up.
