I love experimenting with original blanks. For example, jam from feijoa without cooking – even sounds unusual. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, and even a child can cope. The only caveat is that, like all raw jam, it needs to be stored in the cold.

Ingredients

  • Feijoa - 600 g
  • Sugar - 400 g
  • Lemon juice - 20 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the feijoa and put it through a meat grinder.

Add sugar and lemon juice.

Mix the jam and put it in clean, dry jars.

Keep it in the refrigerator.
