In homemade jam, I always prefer to mix several different ingredients. For example, here is my favorite jam made of nectarine and plum. First of all, it's just delicious. Secondly, it is easy to cook, because the fruits are cooked at the same time.
Ingredients
- Nectarine - 1 kg
- Plums - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar - 1.3 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the fruit and cut them into slices or cubes.
Add lemon juice, water, sugar and cinnamon. Stir and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring the jam to a boil and cook for about half an hour on low heat, stirring.
Roll it up in sterile jars for the winter.
