Ingredients
- Beetroot (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Garlic - 8 teeth
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Apple cider vinegar - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 6 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 4 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the peeled boiled beets and chop the garlic.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients and simmer the salad for 10-15 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
