- Gooseberry (green) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the seeds from the gooseberry and chop it with a blender.
Add sugar, stir and bring to a boil.
Boil the jelly for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Repeat the previous step.
Boil the jelly for the third time for 5 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
