Sea buckthorn compote for winter without sterilization
Of all kinds of berries, I especially appreciate sea buckthorn. Firstly, it is unconditionally one of the most useful. Secondly, it has a very bright taste, and it can be advantageously used in the preparation of blanks. For example, here is such a compote without sterilization.
- Sea Buckthorn - 700 g
- Sugar - 1-2 glasses
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the sea buckthorn and put it in a jar.
Pour boiling water over it, cover it with a lid and leave it for 20 minutes.
Drain the water and boil it again.
Add sugar to the jar, pour boiling water again and roll up the compote.
