Tomato and pepper lecho with vinegar for winter

Vinegar in vegetable preparations is needed not so much for taste as for preservation. It is the simplest, most affordable and harmless preservative. It is also great for making lecho from tomatoes and peppers. I'm telling you more!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 300 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 30 g
- Salt - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes, pass through a meat grinder and bring to a boil.
Slice both types of pepper. Add all the ingredients except garlic to the tomato.
Simmer lecho for half an hour after re-boiling.
Add garlic, simmer for another 5-7 minutes and roll the lecho into sterilized jars.
