Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and slice the lemon.
Put in a clean jar, pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water and boil it with sugar.
Put mint in a jar, pour syrup and roll up.
