Mint always sets off any fruit compotes in the most advantageous way. Especially with lemon – it's just a win-win combination. I share my favorite recipe for apricot compote – now with new refreshing notes.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the apricots and slice the lemon.

Put in a clean jar, pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.

Drain this water and boil it with sugar.

Put mint in a jar, pour syrup and roll up.
