While there are fresh vegetables, you should not give up the opportunity to stock up on them for the winter. If you're out of ideas, try my favorite recipe for lecho with cauliflower and sweet pepper. My family just loves it, so I have to close a lot.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put tomatoes and peeled onions through a meat grinder.

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, cut into large pieces.

Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and stalks, chop.

Mix the tomato-onion mixture with salt, sugar and butter, boil for 15 minutes.

Add the chopped vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the vinegar, mix gently and remove from the heat after 2 minutes.

Fill the prepared jars with hot lecho and roll them up.
