One of my favorite variations of olivier is olivier with mushrooms. So if you also think that there is no such dish that mushrooms will spoil – this recipe is especially for you. A minimum of additional waste of time – and a completely new result.
Ingredients
- Sausage - 300 g
- Champignons - 130 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots until tender.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry until golden.
Cut the remaining ingredients for olivier into cubes.
Add green peas to the salad.
Season the olivier with mayonnaise and season to taste.
