  • Lemon juice - 30 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pears and put them through a meat grinder.

Add sugar and cook the billet for about an hour on low heat.

Add lemon juice towards the end.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
