If you managed to get some small patissons that go into the neck of the jar entirely – it's time to put them into action. For example, such preparations with cucumbers are very tasty. In addition, it's also just getting ready.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Patisson - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Cherry leaves - 6 pieces
- Currant leaves - 6 pieces
- Water - 3 l
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the vegetables. Soak cucumbers in advance for an hour or two.
Put vegetables, garlic, dill and leaves in sterile jars. Add spices as desired.
Fill the jars with boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour it back for 10 minutes.
Drain again, add sugar and salt, boil until they dissolve and pour over the vegetables.
Pour a spoonful of vinegar into the jars and roll up.
