Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Lingonberries - 500 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples.
Add lingonberries, fill with water and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Grind with a blender, add sugar and cinnamon, and bring the jam to a boil.
Boil for about 15 more minutes and roll into sterile jars.
