Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Chop too large.
Chop cucumbers, parsley, peeled potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.
Add mushrooms, bay leaf, black and allspice. Continue to fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Boil the broth, add the roast, potatoes and cucumbers. Boil everything together for 15 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with parsley and turn off after 3 minutes. Insist the ready pickle under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
