Mushrooms are often used in Russian cuisine. The pickle did not stand aside either. With them, the popular soup turns out even tastier! I suggest cooking a very simple version with mushrooms and cucumbers. You will need broth and a standard set of vegetables.

Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly under running water. Chop too large.

Chop cucumbers, parsley, peeled potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and carrot and fry until golden brown.

Add mushrooms, bay leaf, black and allspice. Continue to fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boil the broth, add the roast, potatoes and cucumbers. Boil everything together for 15 minutes.

Add salt, sprinkle with parsley and turn off after 3 minutes. Insist the ready pickle under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
