Carefully select the vegetables for this recipe. They should be juicy, tasty and without the slightest damage. We will cook raw adjika with tomatoes, pepper and garlic. In my opinion, this is the most harmonious combination of flavors and aromas.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Salt - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and cut into quarters.
Bulgarian and hot pepper cut in half, peel from the seeds.
Disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husk.
Chop the vegetables in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Add salt and mix well.
Put the adjika in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and store it in a dark, cool place.
