Ingredients
- Red Currant - 4 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the red currant from the twigs and rinse under running water.
Fill the special compartments in the juicer with water and berries. Cook until the currant gives all the juice.
Mix the juice with sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour the hot jelly into jars, roll it up and wrap it well for a day.
