Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the quince into slices and remove the middle.
Boil water with sugar until dissolved. Add the quince and bring to a boil.
Remove it from the stove, cover it with a lid and leave it overnight.
Boil and cool the quince again.
Lay out the fruits, and boil the syrup twice over low heat.
Return the quince there and add the chopped lemon and chopped nuts.
Bring everything to a boil again, boil for 5 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
