- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the spices and plums in the prepared jars.
Boil water, add salt and boil for 1 minute.
Pour boiling brine into jars, cover with lids and leave for 2 days in a warm place.
Drain the water into a saucepan and boil for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the brine back into the jars, close the lids tightly and leave for a day in a warm place. The cooled preservation should be stored in a dark, cool place.
