Radish salads are not very popular for some reason, and I would like to correct this injustice. Here is such a wonderful preparation obtained with onions and garlic! Serve it separately, with pickles or add it to other salads.
Ingredients
- Radish - 800 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0.5 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 2 buds
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 300 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut radishes, onions and garlic into plates, and put them nicely in jars.
Boil water and add salt, sugar and all spices to it.
Boil the marinade for a minute, pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat.
Pour the radish salad and roll up the jars.
