- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 1,5 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Sugar - 160 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the bell pepper, peel from the seeds, cut into slices.
Cut tomatoes into medium pieces.
Put the blanks in a large saucepan, add sugar, salt, black pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Boil everything together for 15 minutes, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from the heat.
Spread out in sterilized jars, roll up and leave for a day in a warm place.
