If you are lucky enough to get a supply of cloudberries, I suggest you prepare it for the winter. I don't want to let such a valuable, tasty and healthy berry for sweet jam. Therefore, I propose to make several cans of compote from it.
Ingredients
- Berries (cloudberry) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 glasses
- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berries and put them in sterile jars.
Boil water with sugar, pour cloudberry and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Drain the syrup, boil it again, pour the berry again and roll it up.
