Wash the chickpeas and soak them in cold water for 3 hours.

Wash the pork, cut into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes.

Change the water, add bay leaf, washed lentils and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.

Chop tomatoes and peeled onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.

Add tomatoes, coriander seeds and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.

Add chickpeas, roast and garlic cloves crushed with a knife handle to the soup pot. Cook for 20 minutes.

Add salt, turn off and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
