Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the beef until tender over low heat.

Add the sliced potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.

Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry them for 5 minutes.

Separately stew the beetroot under the lid with a small amount of broth.

Chop the cabbage and chop the tomatoes.

Put everything in a saucepan with tomato juice, season and cook for another 10-15 minutes on low heat.
