For the preparation of vegan pea soup, I do not use any meat products, cream, or cheese. There are only fragrant vegetables and spices, and which ones – you will find out further in the recipe! It turns out delicious and satisfying.
Ingredients
- Peas - 1 glass
- Water - 3 glasses
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight, rinse and cook in water for 20 minutes.
Add the coarsely chopped vegetables and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
At the end, add chili, garlic, parsley and spices. Chop the soup with a blender.
