- Smoked Meat - 300 g
- Meat broth - 2 l
- Peas - 400 g
- Leek - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Celery - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak and rinse the peas.
Fill it with broth and boil until soft.
Add the sliced potatoes and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
Arbitrarily chop the smoked meat and the rest of the vegetables, send them to the soup and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add spices and chopped herbs, and leave the soup to brew under the lid.
