Ingredients
- Grapes (white) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 10 gr
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the grapes. Separate the berries from the twigs, rinse well and remove the rotten and spoiled ones.
Put the berries through a meat grinder, cover with sugar and put on medium heat to cook. As soon as it boils, add citric acid and cook for another 20 minutes until thickened.
Prepare the jars, wash, sterilize. Pour the hot jam into jars, roll it up and send it to be stored in a dark, cool place.
