- Cauliflower - 1 kg
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil for a couple of minutes.
Cut the beets into thin cubes.
Put vegetables, lavrushka, garlic and pepper in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes, drain the water and boil it again.
Repeat this step twice more. Add salt, sugar and vinegar to the water for the last time, fill the jars and roll up.
